Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are collectible items, all return requests are reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis.
Return Request Review Time
Once we receive your return or refund request with the required information, we will review it within 1–3 business days.
If your request is approved, we will provide further return instructions if needed.
Return Processing Time
After the returned item is received and inspected, return processing usually takes 3–5 business days.
Please note that the final processing time may vary depending on the condition of the returned item and the specific issue involved.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
In some cases, the exact arrival time may depend on your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment platform.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, such as:

we will work with you on a reasonable solution regarding the return or refund.
If the return is not caused by our error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
