Welcome to LETSGOCARD.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LETSGOCARD. LETSGOCARD operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available to you in order to provide a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, set out your rights and responsibilities when accessing, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing through our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, purchasing conditions, and use of our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, or by placing an order with LETSGOCARD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, country, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have obtained any necessary consent required by applicable law.

You may be required to provide certain information in order to use the Services or complete a purchase, including your:

payment information;
shipping address;

other information reasonably required to process your order.

You agree that all information you provide to LETSGOCARD is accurate, complete, current, and lawfully provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities occurring under your account.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, or provide unauthorized access to your customer account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIBLES

LETSGOCARD specializes in collectible and trading card products, which may include:

raw trading cards;
graded trading cards;
sports cards;
trading card game products;
non-sport cards;
sealed trading card boxes;
sealed cases;
booster packs;
promotional products;
card accessories;
display products;
storage products;
protective cases;
memorabilia; and
other collectible merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

For individually listed collectible cards, photographs may form part of the product description.

For mass-produced products, accessories, sealed products, or products with multiple units in inventory, product images may be representative unless otherwise stated.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, images, variants, and prices may be updated from time to time.

Any such changes will not affect rights already arising from an accepted order except where necessary to correct an obvious error, comply with applicable law, or where otherwise permitted under these Terms.

Collectible Condition

Collectible products may naturally contain minor manufacturing or handling imperfections.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase of an ungraded trading card does not guarantee that the card will receive any particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other third-party grading company.

Grading standards are determined independently by the relevant grading company.

LETSGOCARD does not guarantee:

a particular grading result;
a minimum grading score;
future market value;
investment performance;
future scarcity;
future collector demand; or
future resale value.

Sealed and Randomized Products

Many trading card products contain randomized contents.

Purchasing a sealed box, pack, case, mystery product, or randomized collectible does not guarantee the receipt of any particular:

card;
autograph;
parallel;
serial-numbered card;
insert;
sketch card;
memorabilia card;
rarity;
character;
player; or
other collectible.

Published manufacturer odds are controlled by the manufacturer and, where applicable, are estimates based on the manufacturer's production process.

LETSGOCARD does not guarantee specific pull results.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

suspected fraud;
payment problems;
incorrect pricing;
inventory errors;
listing errors;
technical errors;
product availability;
sanctions or legal restrictions;
shipping restrictions;
abusive purchasing activity; or
other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting your order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Quantity Limits

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, account, household, business, payment method, address, or order where reasonably necessary.

We may also cancel or limit orders where we reasonably believe that automated purchasing tools, fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass purchase limits have been used.

Commercial Buyers and Resellers

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, LETSGOCARD does not prohibit legitimate purchases by:

collectors;
dealers;
breakers;
retailers;
professional sellers;
distributors;
businesses; or
resellers.

Different terms may apply to separately negotiated wholesale, distribution, consignment, or business-to-business transactions.

SECTION 4 — PREORDERS AND PRESALES

Certain products may be offered before their official release date.

Products marked as:

Presale;
Preorder;
Pre-order;
Coming Soon;
Ships After Release; or
similar wording

are not immediately available for shipment.

Estimated release dates and shipment dates are based on information available to us at the time the listing is created.

Manufacturers, distributors, licensors, freight providers, customs authorities, or other parties may change release or delivery schedules.

Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to update customers.

A preorder will normally be shipped after inventory becomes available to us.

If a preorder contains both in-stock and preorder products, the entire order may be held until all items become available unless separate shipment arrangements are made.

Specific preorder cancellation rights may vary depending on applicable law and the product concerned.

Once a preorder has entered fulfillment or inventory has been specially secured for the customer, cancellation may not always be available except where required by law.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is normally the price shown when the order is submitted and confirmed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices may exclude:

shipping fees;
handling charges;
sales tax;
VAT;
GST;
customs duties;
import taxes;
brokerage charges; and
other government or carrier-imposed charges.

Prices displayed on LETSGOCARD may differ from prices offered through:

eBay;
live-shopping platforms;
marketplaces;
physical events;
distributors;
wholesale channels;
third-party stores; or
other LETSGOCARD sales channels.

Such differences do not entitle customers to retroactive price adjustments unless expressly offered by us.

Collectible market values can fluctuate rapidly.

A subsequent change in the market price of a collectible does not, by itself, create a right to cancel, return, refund, or reprice a completed purchase.

This does not affect any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the amount associated with the order, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers.

SECTION 6 — TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to:

import duties;
VAT;
GST;
sales tax;
customs fees;
brokerage charges;
processing fees; or
other government charges.

Depending on the destination, some taxes may be collected during checkout.

Where taxes or duties are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for payment upon importation or delivery.

Customs regulations differ between countries and regions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LETSGOCARD cannot guarantee the final amount of import taxes, duties, or customs charges assessed by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required for international shipping and customs clearance, including tax identification numbers where required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship products using various postal services, express carriers, logistics providers, and international fulfillment partners.

Available shipping services may vary depending on:

destination;
product type;
value;
weight;
warehouse;
customs requirements; and
other operational factors.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to:

customs clearance;
carrier operations;
weather;
holidays;
peak shipping periods;
regulatory inspections;
security inspections;
address issues;
recipient availability;
force majeure events; or
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by carriers, customs authorities, governments, or events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 8 — MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

LETSGOCARD may fulfill orders from more than one warehouse, fulfillment center, or shipping location.

As a result, products within the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

Where an order is split into multiple shipments, tracking numbers may be provided separately.

Delivery dates may differ between individual packages.

Split fulfillment does not necessarily indicate that any products are missing from the order.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, damaged goods, incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before completing your purchase.

Because collectible products may change materially in condition and value once opened, handled, or altered, additional return restrictions may apply to:

opened trading card products;
opened booster packs;
opened sealed boxes;
opened cases;
randomized products;
graded card holders that have been tampered with;
altered cards;
customized products; and
other collectible merchandise whose original condition has changed.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their contents, including where applicable:

LETSGOCARD branding;
logos;
store design;
original photography;
graphics;
text;
videos;
product presentation;
website layouts;
proprietary product designs;
promotional content; and
other original materials

are owned by LETSGOCARD, our affiliates, licensors, or applicable rights holders.

They may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, design, or other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of LETSGOCARD intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Trading cards and collectibles offered by LETSGOCARD may feature intellectual property owned by third parties, including sports leagues, entertainment companies, artists, licensors, manufacturers, card companies, game publishers, characters, franchises, and other rights holders.

All third-party trademarks, copyrights, logos, characters, names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale of authentic third-party products does not imply ownership of or affiliation with the relevant intellectual property owner unless expressly stated.

SECTION 11 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to services, applications, payment systems, analytics tools, AI systems, marketplace integrations, logistics platforms, or other technologies operated by third parties.

Some third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available.”

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider.

We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may include links to websites, services, marketplaces, social networks, payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, grading companies, or other third parties.

We do not necessarily control or endorse all third-party websites or services.

If you choose to access a third-party service, you should review the relevant provider's terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party services that are outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by law.

SECTION 13 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This section is intended to describe the relationship between LETSGOCARD and Shopify and should not be interpreted as making Shopify the seller of products offered by LETSGOCARD.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and LETSGOCARD.

Shopify is not the seller of LETSGOCARD products and is not responsible for the products sold by LETSGOCARD, except to the extent independently required by applicable law or Shopify's own terms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides technology and infrastructure supporting our online store.

SECTION 14 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may process certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.

payment providers;
logistics providers;
fulfillment partners;

customer-service systems; and

to LETSGOCARD, you represent that you have the right to provide such content.

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant LETSGOCARD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish such content for legitimate business purposes, including operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe:

violates the law;
infringes third-party rights;
contains malicious software;
is fraudulent;
is abusive;
is defamatory;
is obscene; or
otherwise violates these Terms.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

SECTION 16 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on our website may contain:

typographical errors;
pricing errors;
incorrect product information;
incorrect inventory information;
incorrect shipping estimates;
incorrect promotional information; or
other inadvertent inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information.

Where an obvious error materially affects an order, we may contact you to offer the corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected order.

Nothing in this provision removes rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 17 — PROHIBITED USES

You may only use the Services for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services to:

violate applicable laws or regulations;
infringe intellectual property rights;
engage in fraud or deception;
harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person;
distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
engage in phishing, spam, credential theft, or unauthorized data collection;
interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services;
bypass access controls, purchase limits, anti-fraud systems, or security mechanisms;
use automated purchasing tools in a manner intended to unfairly bypass quantity restrictions;
impersonate another person or entity; or
engage in activity that creates unreasonable technical or operational burdens on our Services.

Automated Systems and AI Access

You may not use robots, scrapers, automated extraction systems, AI systems, or other automated technologies to access or extract information from the Services in violation of:

these Terms;
applicable law;
technical access controls; or
instructions communicated by LETSGOCARD.

This restriction does not prohibit legitimate access that is:

expressly authorized by LETSGOCARD;
permitted under Section 18;
provided through Shopify-supported commerce systems;
provided through approved search, product-discovery, indexing, marketplace, or commerce integrations; or
otherwise reasonably intended to help customers discover or purchase LETSGOCARD products.

SECTION 18 — AI AGENTS AND AUTOMATED SHOPPING AGENTS

For purposes of these Terms, an “Agent” means software or a service capable of taking autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of a user or entity.

This may include AI shopping assistants, product-discovery systems, search agents, commerce agents, and similar technologies.

Authorized Agents may access and interact with the Services where such access is:

supported by Shopify;
authorized by LETSGOCARD;
permitted by applicable technical standards;
provided through approved commerce integrations; or
otherwise permitted by us.

Agents must not deliberately:

misrepresent themselves as human users where identification is technically required;
bypass CAPTCHAs, access controls, fraud controls, or security measures;
conceal automated activity for the purpose of evading restrictions;
manipulate purchasing limits;
submit fraudulent transactions; or
access restricted areas without authorization.

We may use reasonable technical measures to control or restrict automated access where necessary to protect customers, inventory, our business, or the security of the Services.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent legitimate product discovery by authorized AI, search, or commerce services.

SECTION 19 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where we believe a customer or user has:

violated these Terms;
engaged in fraudulent activity;
abused payment systems;
compromised website security;
infringed intellectual property rights; or
engaged in unlawful conduct.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including valid payment obligations.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 20 — DISCLAIMERS

Information provided through the Services is intended primarily to facilitate shopping and provide general product information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LETSGOCARD does not provide:

financial advice;
investment advice;
grading advice;
tax advice;
legal advice; or
guarantees regarding future collectible values.

Collectibles may increase or decrease substantially in market value.

Past market performance does not guarantee future value.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, consumer rights, or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 21 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LETSGOCARD, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and business partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the Services.

This may include, where legally permitted:

lost profits;
lost revenue;
lost opportunities;
loss of data; or
indirect economic losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LETSGOCARD, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against third-party claims reasonably arising from:

your material violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law;
your infringement of another person's rights; or
unlawful misuse of the Services.

This provision does not apply to liability caused by LETSGOCARD where such liability cannot legally be transferred or excluded.

SECTION 23 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 24 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure by LETSGOCARD to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with policies and rules referenced herein, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.

If separate business-to-business, wholesale, distribution, consignment, or other commercial agreements exist between LETSGOCARD and a customer, those agreements may take precedence to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

SECTION 25 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer material rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.

Any such transfer will remain subject to applicable law.

SECTION 26 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements under which LETSGOCARD provides Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the legal entity operating LETSGOCARD.
